1. How do I place an order? To place an order, simply browse our website, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your shopping cart. Proceed to checkout, where you'll be prompted to enter your shipping and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation with your order details.
2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (Amex) for online payments. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway provider.
3. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During checkout, you'll have the option to select your preferred shipping method and view shipping costs to your destination.
4. How long will it take to receive my order? Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method you select. As each item is meticulously made to order, please allow for additional time for production before shipping. Once your order is completed, shipping times will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. We strive to ensure prompt delivery while maintaining our commitment to craftsmanship and quality. 5. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges policy for detailed instructions on which items qualify and how to initiate a return. Items marked as SALE are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Are your products covered by a warranty? Yes, we stand behind the quality of our products. All PAXPARIS products are covered by a 100% lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with warranty claims.
7. Do you offer customization or engraving services? We do offer personalized engraving and personalization services for most of our items. Please include a note with your purchase to indicate text you need engraved. Our customer service team will confirm prior to engraving to make sure placement and sizing are correct. You can also send us a message prior to purchase to confirm if a product qualifies for engraving and proofing.
